LG Optimus L3 II Dual and L7 II Dual official for India

Just last week, the LG Optimus L3 II Dual (E435) and L7 II Dual (P715) made it to the news after being spotted on the company website with their price labels and all. Both phones have finally got an official launch in India and staying true to their names, each arrives with the ability to accommodate a pair of SIM cards.

It’s probably a really good time for the South Korean multinational to be announcing these Jelly Bean handsets in the market. The competition is hot, with a number of manufacturers like Micromax and Lava continuing to successfully place their bets on the mid-range Android device demand in this particular region. Bigger players like Samsung and HTC have stopped shying away from the competition even in the more expensive segment. And the company in question already has its reputation to depend on in a country which is touted to be among the fastest growing smartphone markets in the world.

Starting with the higher end of the two, the P715 features a 1GHz dual core chip and 768MB RAM. Nailed across its face is a True IPS touchscreen of 4.3 inches and 800 x 480p resolution. Sitting above this display is a basic VGA camera for making video calls. Snap-happy people should like the fact that an 8MP lens is fitted onto the back panel. It has an LED flash and the ability to accept voice commands via Cheese Shutter. On the memory angle, there’s 4GB onboard space and a microSD slot which can take a 32GB card.
