BSNL Champion DM6513 6.5-inch phablet now available for Rs 6,999

BSNL has teamed up with Champion to launch the new Phablet DM6513. The 6.5-inch dual-core device is now available for Rs 6,999.

The DM6513  sports a 6.5-inch display with HD resolution and runs on Android 4.2.2. On the connectivity front, it supports 3G SIM WCDMA 2100 as well as Wi-Fi.

It comes equipped with a 5-megapixel rear camera and a 2-megapixel front-facing camera. Some other features include expandable memory up to 32GB, G-Sensor and FM with Recording.

The entire package is fuelled by a 3500mAh battery that promises up to 4 hours of talk time and up to 62 hours of standby time. It is backed by a one year device warranty.

Rajasthan BSNL launches free roaming for pre paid customers

 

Rajasthan BSNL has begun offered roaming free services anywhere in the country for its pre-paid mobile customers on a special tariff voucher (STV), under the tagline “One Nation:One number:One rupee”.

The scheme began yesterday in which customers are required to buy a recharge through STV of 92 which will allow them unlimited free incoming calls for 90 days while roaming anywhere in the country, BSNLA GM-Marketing Sanjay Kumar said in a statement today.

STV customers can make outgoing calls (local and STD) at Rs 1.50 paise per second, he said.

Two other STV vouchers of Rs 5 and Rs 67 have also been released with free roaming facilities to provide maximum facilities to pre-paid mobile users, he added.

BSNL Penta T-Pad WS802C tablet launched @ Rs 14,699

Pantel Technologies has launched an 8-inch 3G tablet named Penta T-Pad WS802C. The company has a data tie-up with BSNL to provide a range of data plans to customers. BSNL is offering a 3G data plan of 2GB valid for 60 days alongwith the Penta T-Pad.

BSNL Penta T-Pad WS802C runs on Android 4.0 or Ice Cream Sandwich operating system. The tablet features an 8-inch capacitive touch screen and is powered by a 1GHz processor and 512MB DDRII RAM. Penta T-Pad Tablet PC, the WS802C, is portable and acts as a brilliant handheld tablet PC, according to the company. The tablet supports 1080P HD videos via HDMI.

BSNL WS802C Penta T-Pad comes with a built-in GPS, 3G SIM slot and Wi-Fi option.


The tablet comes pre-loaded with several games such as Angry Birds and Wow Fish, and applications such as Facebook, Twitter, Talking Tom, Google Maps, and Skype video calling and e-book facilities.
