Aviva Life launches mobile apps Aviva Mobile

Aviva Life Insurance has launched its mobile application Aviva Mobile. Customers can now keep track of their investments on the move by downloading the application free of cost on any Android, Blackberry/RIM and iOS based smart device.

The user friendly application enables customers to check their policy and fund details, request for premium receipt, pay premiums and access Aviva India’s product suite on the go.

Aviva Mobile also allows customers to access the latest stock market news, live cricket scores and get instant weather updates at the click of a button.

Speaking on the occasion, Snehil Gambhir, COO, Aviva Life Insurance said, “Providing quality service and delivering value to our customers has always been our endeavor and this is the latest initiative in that direction. With Aviva Mobile, customers can locate branches, register grievances, update policy details and reach us from anywhere at the click of a button. With increased popularity of smart phone devices we hope that Aviva Mobile will not only help us provide better and more prompt service but also facilitate hassle free policy management for our customers.”

Aviva India is the first to bring to market an extensive multi-platform mobile application. This will not only help Aviva establish itself as a frontrunner in adopting technology that is in line with the changing customer needs but also reflect positively on its endeavor towards providing efficient customer service.
