Zen Mobile launches dual-SIM Ultraphone U4 with 4.3-inch display, Android 2.3



Indian mobile manufacturer has launched another device in its Ultraphone series, in the form of Zen Ultraphone U4.


The device comes with a 4.3-inch WVGA capacitive touchscreen and 512MB internal storage, expandable by another 32GB via microSD card. This Android 2.3 Gingerbread-running device is powered by a 1GHz processor.


The dual-SIM (GSM+GSM with dual-standby) Zen Ultraphone U4 features a 3.2-megapixel rear camera with LED flash. Connectivity options include GPRS/ EDGE (no 3G), Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. It comes with pre-installed apps like Facebook, Twitter, Opera, Whats app, Office Suit, Just Dial, Crickbuzz, Google Maps, Skype, Youtube.


The Ultraphone is powered by a 1,200mAh battery that is rated at a talk time of up to 5 hours and a standby time of up to 144 hours. Though the MRP of the device is Rs. 6,499, it is available for Rs. 5,999 via homeshop18.com, the phone's official sales partner.


Back in November last year, Zen had launched the Ultraphone U1 with Android 2.3, 1GHz processor and 3.5-inch display for Rs. 4,999.
