Alcatel One Touch Idol Ultra debuts in India with Iron Man 3




Reinforcing its dominance in the Indian mobile handset market, TCL Communication, the leading global designer and manufacturer of ALCATEL ONE TOUCH branded mobile devices today launched the slimmest & lightest smartphones in their category, in India. Encased in a 6.45 mm soft touch frame makes the ONE TOUCH IDOL ULTRA, slimmest phone in its category. The ONE TOUCH IDOL, weighing in at 110 grams makes it the lightest smartphone in its category. The ONE TOUCH IDOL will also be featured in the latest upcoming movie Iron Man 3.


The smartphone price ranges from Rs 4500 to Rs 21000 and will be supported by cellular operator IDEA with an aggressive 3G pack offerings of 1GB 3G data and 3 months of Idea TV with recharge of Rs. 261 on prepaid, and Rs. 259 for the same offer on postpaid.

The slimmest phone in its category - ALCATEL ONE TOUCH IDOL ULTRA features a slender 6.45mm chassis. It features a 4.7-inch HD 720x1280 pixels screen with AMOLED 16M color and a Oleophobic Coating which keeps the screen fingerprint resistant. The 8MP camera can capture every minute detail & record users' favorite moments. Powered by a 1.2 GHz dual-core processor & a 1 GB RAM, the idol Ultra runs on the latest Android 4.1 OS (Jelly Bean). It also embedded in a soft touch coating case with a trendy appearance and a comfortable feel with sensitive touch. Priced at Rs. 21,000/-, Idol ultra is available in vibrant color options of black and red, to choose from.
